Zucchini Slice

  • 200g Fusilli shape Pasta
  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Sweet Potato (small)
  • 1 Onion
  • 200g Cheese (grated)
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200g Bacon (diced)
  • 4 eggs
  • Flour
Method:
  1. Grate all vegetables into a large bowl; squeeze excess water from grated zucchini.
  2. Add cheese, diced bacon, and eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased baking dish bake in slow oven (160) for about 40-60 mins or until golden brown.
  4. Serve either hot or cold.
