Pickled Onions

Ingredients:

  • 2kg Pickling Brown Onions
  • 2 Ltr of Brown/While Malt Vinegar
  • 1 Large Sterilized Jar

Method:

  1. Peel Onions and place in sterilised jar.
  2. Pour in enough vinegar to cover onions.
  3. Seal tightly with lid and place in the sun for seven to ten days.
