- 500g tub of Ricotta
- Olive Oil
- Chilli Flakes
- Drain Ricotta until dry.
- Place in baking dish
- Drizzle oil on top and sprinkle with Chilli Flakes and Oregano.
- Bake for 40 mins on 180° degrees.
- Let stand for 5 – 10 minutes then serve with toasted Turkish bread.
