- 6 Scotch Fillet Steaks
- 500g Mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Plain Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 tbsp Vegeta (Stock Powder)
- 1 Large Onion (Peeled & Diced)
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- Coat steak with seasoned flour, add to a hot pan and seal both sides.
- Put into a baking dish.
- Add onions, mushrooms, stock and cornflour to pan and bring to the boil.
- Pour over the steak and cover with foil and put in a preheated moderate oven for 30 minutes.
- Take off foil and put oven on high and brown for 5 minutes.
