- 1 kilo of lean chicken mince
- Salt -approx 25grams
- Pepper- pinch
- 1 clove of garlic
- Sausage Casings (skins)
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Carefully fill sausage casings to desired size.
- Note- Mixture can also be done as rissoles, meatballs or rolled into sausage form.
- Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a fry pan and add sausages until cooked through.
- While sausages are frying prepare warm salad.
