Chicken Chipolata

Episode 4 - Chicken Chipolata


  • 1 kilo of lean chicken mince
  • Salt -approx 25grams
  • Pepper- pinch
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Sausage Casings (skins)


  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Carefully fill sausage casings to desired size.
  3. Note- Mixture can also be done as rissoles, meatballs or rolled into sausage form.
  4. Heat about 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a fry pan and add sausages until cooked through.
  5. While sausages are frying prepare warm salad.
