- 1 Red Capsicum
- 1 Yellow Capsicum
- Punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
- 250gms Italian Provolone Cheese
- Fresh Herbs (oregano and basil)
- Cut capsicums in thin strips, slice cherry tomatoes in half, dice cheese into small cubes!!
- Mix salad with cheese and herbs, salt and pepper and olive oil.
- Pour on top of sausages in pan and when ready to serve, mix lightly not allowing cheese to melt completely.
- Ready to Serve.
