- 2 Large Roma Tomatoes
- 500g Large Bocconcini
- ½ cup Pitted Black Olives
- 6 or 7 Fresh Basil Leaves
- ¼ cup of Extra Olive Oil
- 2 of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- Cut tomatoes and bocconcini into slices.
- Layer the tomatoes and bocconcini alternately on serving plate, sprinkle with basil and pitted olives.
- Dressing: Combine all ingredients and mix.
- Pour over bocconcini and tomatoes.
