Episode 8 - Salad


  • 2 Cos Lettuces
  • 4 Tomatoes (not too red)
  • 1 Aniseed
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Dash of Olive Oil and Vinegar


  1. Dice up tomato into large diced pieces and wash salad, then cut into strips remembering to remove darker outer leaves.
  2. Cut aniseed into slices and add the three ingredients into a large bowl.
  3. Add in a dash of Olive Oil, freshly squeezed Lemon Juice and White Vinegar.
  4. Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and mix all these ingredients together.
