- 2 Cos Lettuces
- 4 Tomatoes (not too red)
- 1 Aniseed
- 1 Lemon
- Salt and Pepper
- Dash of Olive Oil and Vinegar
- Dice up tomato into large diced pieces and wash salad, then cut into strips remembering to remove darker outer leaves.
- Cut aniseed into slices and add the three ingredients into a large bowl.
- Add in a dash of Olive Oil, freshly squeezed Lemon Juice and White Vinegar.
- Sprinkle a teaspoon of salt and mix all these ingredients together.
