Banana Sago Pudding

Episode 9 - Banana Sago Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 can of Coconut Cream
  • 1 litre of Milk
  • 1 packet of Sago
  • 100g crushed Peanuts
  • 2 cups of White Sugar

Method:

  1. Soak sago pearls in milk overnight (preferable).
  2. Simmer sago, sugar and coconut milk in saucepan until sago turns soft and transparent.
  3. Than add chopped banana to soften.
  4. Serve and garnish with chopped peanuts.
