Episode 119 - Mars Bar Slice


  • 120g butter
  • 3 Mars Bars
  • 3 cups Rice Bubbles
  • 200g Chocolate
  • Baking Paper


  1. Melt 90g butter and 3 mars bars in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  2. Pour in 3 cups of rice bubbles and then press into a tin lined with Baking Paper.
  3. To make the icing, melt 30g of butter and 200g of chocolate together over a low heat or in the microwave.
  4. Pour the icing over the slice and place in the fridge until set then cut up into slices.
