Nutella Pizza



  • Dough Ingredients:
  • 375mL Warm Water
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Yeast
  • Pinch of Castor Sugar
  • 600g Plain Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 60mL Olive Oil (plus extra for brushing)
  • Pizza Dough
  • 1 large jar Nutella
  • 2 punnets of Strawberries
  • Vanilla Icecream
  • Can of Whipped Cream


Pizza Dough:
  1. Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl, then put aside for 5 minutes or until foamy.
  2. Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the centre, then add the yeast mixture and oil, then stir until the mixture is combined, using your hands, bring the dough together in the bowl.
  3. Brush a bowl lightly with oil then knead dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic, then place in the prepared bowl and turn to coat in oil.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draught-free place to rise for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
  1. Pre heat oven to 380°C.
  2. Slice fresh strawberries.
  3. Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into 30cm diameter, cut into round baby pizzas (8-10cm diameter).
  4. Coat baking tray with olive oil, place in hot oven until brown on top, take out check the bottom and flip if needed return to oven.
  5. Generously spread the nutella to hot pizza base, place strawberries on top with a scoop of icecream and cream if desired, then eat before it melts and enjoy a contrast of hot and cold.
