- 1kg Skinless Chicken Breast
- 300mL Cream
- 1 packet Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1½ cups of wholemeal plain Flour
- Any dry herbs
- 2 tbsp grated Cheese
- Mix dry ingredients and herbs altogether in a freezer bag.
- Coat chicken breast well.
- Spray baking dish with oil and place chicken evenly in dish.
- Bake in moderate oven 180 degrees for approx 1 hour.
- Mix remaining flour mixture with cream.
- Pour over chicken in the last 15 minutes of cooking.
