Ingredients:
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1½ cups of Plain flour
- ? cups of Grated Cheese (Romano)
- Parsley/Garlic
- 1 Egg
- Milk (as much needed)
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Cut cauliflower into pieces and bring to the boil in salted water.
- Boil lightly then drain and cool off.
- Batter: Mix flour, egg, grated cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and a little milk to make a smooth batter. Dip cauliflower into batter then fry in oil and drain on absorbent paper.
