Pasta con Sarde

Episode 18 - Pasta con Sarde


  • 150g jar Anchovies in Oil
  • Extra Virgin Oil - few tbsp
  • Small Frypan
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • Fresh Italian Parsley
  • 1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
  • ΒΌ cup Pecorino Cheese
  • Pkt Spaghetti
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Chilli


  1. Cook pasta in boiling water.
  2. Place Extra Virgin Oil in a small frypan and add Anchovies, Garlic, Parsley and Chilli.
  3. When cooked (make sure garlic does not burn) add to drained pasta.
  4. Place pot of Pasta back on low heat and add Breadcrumbs and Cheese.
  5. Stir through until all combined.
  6. Serve.
