Parmesan Potatoes

Episode 30 - Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Potatoes (long in length if possible)
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Clove Garlic (optional)

Method:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes in half lengthways.
  2. Make small slits in the potatoes making sure not to cut all the way through.
  3. Place on a baking tray. Brush with oil and crushed garlic if using the garlic.
  4. Then sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
  5. Put in preheated moderate oven for approximately 30 – 35 mintues until cooked.
