No Fail Polenta

Episode 31 - No Fail Polenta

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coarse Polenta
  • 2 cups fine Polenta
  • 3½ litres of Water
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt

Method:

  1. Bring water to the boil.
  2. Turn off the heat.
  3. Slowly whisk in the polenta and stir until well mixed.
  4. Return pot to smallest hotplate on low heat. Put lid on pot.
  5. Stir every now and then.
  6. Cook for at least 15 – 20 minutes.
  7. Serve with rabbit* sauce. (*Can use chicken instead of rabbit)
