Seasoned Rice

Episode 32 - Seasoned Rice


  • 2 cups Longrain rice
  • 6 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Chicken Stock powder
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt


  1. Put water, chicken stock, oil and salt in saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Add rice, stir well and cover with the lid.
  3. Bring to the boil, then lower heat to medium and let rice absorb all the liquid.
  4. Stir occasionally and serve with chicken.
