- 2 cups Longrain rice
- 6 cups Water
- 3 tbsp Chicken Stock powder
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- Put water, chicken stock, oil and salt in saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Add rice, stir well and cover with the lid.
- Bring to the boil, then lower heat to medium and let rice absorb all the liquid.
- Stir occasionally and serve with chicken.
