- ½ kg Cooked Prawns, tails intact
- 1 Iceberg Lettuce, finely shredded or mixed salad leaves
- 2 ripe Avocadoes
- 1 cup full fat Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- Dash of Worchester Sauce
- Pinch of Paprika
- Salt & Pepper
- Bread (Wholemeal/Brown) to serve
- Lemons to serve (optional)
- Usually cocktail glasses to serve
- Mix the Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Worchester Sauce, Salt & Pepper together.
- Cut the Avocado into slices.
- Place the Lettuce into a serving glass or prepare on a plate.
- Place the Prawns and Avocado slices neatly and add sauce carefully on top and sprinkle with a little Paprika.
- Serve with Lemon wedges and cut bread.
