- Sheet of Shortcrust Pastry
- Small can of Sliced Peaches
- Packed of Strawberries (quartered)
- 1 Kiwi Fruit (sliced)
- 2 – 3 tbsp Apricot Jam
- Cut the shortcrust pastry to fit the gourmet griddle.
- Place on stove (medium to low) heat with lid (open vent) and cook for approx 15 minutes.
- While cooking, strain peaches and place juice in saucepan and add apricot jam in saucepan. Bring to the boil & simmer until reduced.
- Place fruit or tarts and decorate with apricot sauce onto tarts.
