Episode 37 - Fruit Tart


  • Sheet of Shortcrust Pastry
  • Small can of Sliced Peaches
  • Packed of Strawberries (quartered)
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit (sliced)
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Apricot Jam


  1. Cut the shortcrust pastry to fit the gourmet griddle.
  2. Place on stove (medium to low) heat with lid (open vent) and cook for approx 15 minutes.
  3. While cooking, strain peaches and place juice in saucepan and add apricot jam in saucepan. Bring to the boil & simmer until reduced.
  4. Place fruit or tarts and decorate with apricot sauce onto tarts.
