Episode 40 - Wasabi Oysters


  • 6 Oysters
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi
  • Splash of Mirin or Sake
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • 6 pieces Pickled Ginger


  1. Mix mirin, wasabi, sesame oil and lime in small bowl.
  2. Check the oysters for grit and place in serving spoons.
  3. Cover the oysters with juice and twist a small piece of pickled ginger for garnish. Chill......not you the oysters.
