- 6 Oysters
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi
- Splash of Mirin or Sake
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 6 pieces Pickled Ginger
- Mix mirin, wasabi, sesame oil and lime in small bowl.
- Check the oysters for grit and place in serving spoons.
- Cover the oysters with juice and twist a small piece of pickled ginger for garnish. Chill......not you the oysters.
