Chicken Involtini

Episode 41 - Chicken Involtini


  • 5 Chicken Breasts
  • 10 Slices of Ham
  • 10 Slices of Norwegian CheeseFilling
  • 3 Eggs
  • 200g Grated Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped fine)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (chopped fine)
  • 200g Fresh bread crumbs
  • Salt & PepperMix all these ingredients together to form a paste Sauce
  • 200g Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 glass White Wine
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 200mL Cream


  1. Slice chicken breast into very thin slices.
  2. Lay each piece down and place ham, cheese and the paste on the chicken breast.
  3. Roll very tight and coat in flour.
  4. In a pan with a little olive oil lightly seal the chicken and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Once all Chicken Involitini are fried add mushrooms and onions to pan, sautee and add wine.
  6. Bring to the boil and add some cream and pour over chicken.
  7. Place in over for about 30 – 40 minutes on 200°C.
