Spinach Salad

Episode 41 - Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Baby Spinach
  • 1 Avocado
  • 100g Semi Sun-dried Tomatoes
  • 200g Pine Nuts
  • Caffe 26 Dressing (½ bottle)

Method:

  1. Wash spinach and place in a dish, cut avocado into slices and cut tomatoes in half.
  2. Place onto spinach leaves and toast pine nuts in oven.
  3. Sprinkle over spinach.
  4. Pour the dressing over and serve.
