Coconut Icecream with Pureed Kiwi Fruit

Episode 42 - Coconut Icecream with Pureed Kiwi Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr of Vanilla Icecream
  • ½ cup of Coconut cream
  • 2 kiwi fruit (peeled and pureed)
  • Strawberries for decoration

Method:

  1. Soften vanilla icecream in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  2. Stir in coconut cream and mix well.
  3. Place in freezer for a few hours until firm.
  4. Serve with pureed kiwi fruit and strawberries.
