Baked Provoletta

Episode 46 - Baked Provoletta


  • Borrello Provoletta
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Sweet Paprika
  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley


  1. Cut Provoletta into desired Thickness (about 20mm).
  2. Smear a 65mm Corningware dish with olive oil and place a pinch of Paprika in bottom.
  3. Place Provoletta into dish and add salt and pepper to taste and top with paprika.
  4. Preheat oven to 200° and place in oven for 15-20mins or until golden.
  5. When ready, serve on a flat plate. Finely cut parsley and sprinkle over Baked Cheese in plate.
