- Borrello Provoletta
- Salt & Pepper
- Sweet Paprika
- Olive Oil
- Cut Provoletta into desired Thickness (about 20mm).
- Smear a 65mm Corningware dish with olive oil and place a pinch of Paprika in bottom.
- Place Provoletta into dish and add salt and pepper to taste and top with paprika.
- Preheat oven to 200° and place in oven for 15-20mins or until golden.
- When ready, serve on a flat plate. Finely cut parsley and sprinkle over Baked Cheese in plate.
