Potato Wedges

Episode 53 - Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1kg Potatoes (peeled & cut into wedges)
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Pepper
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ tbsp Rosemary

Method:

  1. Place, peeled and cut potatoes in a large bowl.
  2. Pour remaining ingredients over the potatoes and mix well.
  3. Place on a baking tray and bake for about 45 mins on 200°C.
