- 2 pkts of Lime Green Jelly
- 3 cups of Water
- 1 pkt of small Whipped Cream
- 1 small tin of Crushed Pineapple (approx 250g)
- 1 small tin of Ricotta Cheese (approx 200g)
- Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and dissolve all the jelly.
- Add 2 cups of cold water.
- Mix the ricotta, crushed pineapple and whipped cream in a separate bowl then add the jelly mixture. Mix altogether.
- Place mixture in a serving tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
