Episode 56 - American Jello Preparation Time: 10 minutes Cooking Time: Nil


  • 2 pkts of Lime Green Jelly
  • 3 cups of Water
  • 1 pkt of small Whipped Cream
  • 1 small tin of Crushed Pineapple (approx 250g)
  • 1 small tin of Ricotta Cheese (approx 200g)


  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a pot and dissolve all the jelly.
  2. Add 2 cups of cold water.
  3. Mix the ricotta, crushed pineapple and whipped cream in a separate bowl then add the jelly mixture. Mix altogether.
  4. Place mixture in a serving tray.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
