Episode 57 - Pesto Dip with Toasted Turkish Bread


  • 1 cup coarsely chopped Basil
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Pine Nuts, toasted
  • 2 tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 300g Sour Cream
  • Turkish Bread


  1. Blend or process basil, garlic, nuts, cheese, oil and juice until smooth.
  2. Combine in a medium bowl with cream and serve with Turkish bread.
  3. Cut Turkish bread into small pieces and brush with a little olive oil.
  4. Bake in a moderate oven until golden.
  5. Serve with dip.
