- 6 Cheese Sausages (cut thinly)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 8 Potato’s (cubed)
- 4 Red Capsicums (cubed)
- Salt & Pepper
- Heat oil and add cheese sausages, cooked until browned.
- Add potatoes and half cook through (cook with lid on)
- Add capsicums and cook until tender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with Steamed rice or Radicio and fennel salad.
