- French Stick
- 50g Kalamata Olives (pitted)
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 100g Butter
- Grated Cheese (Parmesan)
- Slice French stick, not through to the end.
- Peel and crush garlic, finely.
- Chop Olives.
- Place butter, olives and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
- Spread butter mixture on each slice of bread.
- Sit French stick in foil.
- Spread more butter mixture over the top of the loaf and then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°) until golden brown.
