Episode 72 - Christian & Kane's Crush Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 ltr Cold Italian Coffee
  • ¼ cup Tia Maria Liqueur
  • 1 plain Sponge Cake
  • 2 ltr Vanilla Ice-cream
  • ½ cup Roasted Slivered Almonds

Method:

  1. Mix coffee and liqueur together in a large bowl.
  2. Break up sponge roughly, and dip into coffee.
  3. Place into a larger bowl.
  4. Add almonds and ice-cream to the cake mix.
  5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and pour into a spring form cake tin.
  6. Place in freezer overnight or until set.
