- 500g Frozen Peas
- Parsley (1 tbsp)
- Chilli (1 tbsp)
- Garlic (1 Clove)
- Olive Oil
- Place the peas in a saucepan.
- Add the garlic, chilli, parsley, salt and a good drizzle of oil.
- Place the lid on the pan and cook for about 15 minutes until peas are cooked.
- Serve with roast goat.
