Salsa Verde

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
  • Parsley
  • Garlic (2 Cloves)
  • Basil
  • Anchovies (80g)
  • Capers (1 tbsp)
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and puree.
  2. Serve with roast.
