Toblerone Mousse

Episode 76 - Toblerone Mousse


  • 2 x 100g Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • 3 Eggs (separated)
  • 1 cup Cream (lightly whipped)


  1. Melt chocolate in a heat-proof dish over simmering water.
  2. Alternatively microwave on medium-low for 4 minutes.
  3. Add egg yolks and cream to chocolate. Mix until smooth.
  4. Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks.
  5. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Pour into serving dish.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Cooking times may vary according to wattage of microwave oven.
