- 2 x 100g Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate (roughly chopped)
- 3 Eggs (separated)
- 1 cup Cream (lightly whipped)
- Melt chocolate in a heat-proof dish over simmering water.
- Alternatively microwave on medium-low for 4 minutes.
- Add egg yolks and cream to chocolate. Mix until smooth.
- Beat egg whites with an electric mixer until they form stiff peaks.
- Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Pour into serving dish.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
