Persian Fetta Salad


  • 1 Baby Cos Lettuce
  • 200g Persian Fetta
  • 200g Roasted Peeled Almonds
  • Olive Oil
  • White Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Roast the almonds in an oven or quickly in a skillet.
  2. While they are heating up wash and chop the baby cos lettuce into a large bowl.
  3. Mash the hot almonds into the Persian fetta, then place in with the lettuce.
  4. Add olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and mix with your hands before serving.
