Episode 88 - Vegetarian Soba Noodles Stirfry

Ingredients:

  • Oyster Sauce
  • 4 Carrots (peeled & sliced)
  • 2 shoots of Spring Onion (sliced finely)
  • 5 Large mushrooms (sliced)
  • Broccoli (cut into small flowerets)
  • 2 Large red capsicums (sliced into strips)
  • 120g dried soba noodles (Hakubaku brand preferred)
  • Olive Oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok.
  2. Add vegetables & fry until tender. Add oyster sauce and stir.
  3. Cook soba noodles as per directions on the packet.
  4. Add noodles to vegetables, stir through and serve hot.
