- Oyster Sauce
- 4 Carrots (peeled & sliced)
- 2 shoots of Spring Onion (sliced finely)
- 5 Large mushrooms (sliced)
- Broccoli (cut into small flowerets)
- 2 Large red capsicums (sliced into strips)
- 120g dried soba noodles (Hakubaku brand preferred)
- Olive Oil
- Heat oil in wok.
- Add vegetables & fry until tender. Add oyster sauce and stir.
- Cook soba noodles as per directions on the packet.
- Add noodles to vegetables, stir through and serve hot.
