Episode 90 - Sundried Tomato & Kalamata Olive Vol-au-vents

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ½ cup of plain flour
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • ¼ Kalamata olives
  • ¼ cup Sundried Tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 4 large Vol-au-vents

Method:

  1. Prepare Vol-au-vents onto a lined tray. E
  2. Beat eggs until light, add flour and mix until all combined.
  3. Add all other ingredients and mix.
  4. Spoon into Vol-au-vents and place into pre heated oven for 15 minutes on 180C.
