Episode 100 - Raffaelo Balls

Ingredients:

  • Big Block 235g Cadbury Crème Brulee, melted
  • 3 pkts Coles Home Brand Vanilla Wafers, processed
  • 150g Almonds (ground)
  • Coconut (finely chopped)

Method:

  1. Combine the chocolate, wafers and almonds together and mix till combined.
  2. Roll mixture into balls and then roll them into coconut.
  3. Refridgerate
