Chicken alla Anna

Episode 104 - Chicken alla Anna

Ingredients:

  • 12 pieces of skinless Chicken Drumsticks
  • 4 Tomatoes (cut into eights)
  • 1 – 2 Onions (cut into eights)
  • 4 cloves of Garlic (chopped or crushed)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • Oil
  • Parsley (chopped – as much as preferred)

Method:

  1. Wash chicken drumsticks.
  2. Drizzle oil on bottom of casserole dish.
  3. Place chicken into dish.
  4. On top of each drumstick place a small amount of butter and garlic.
  5. Scatter tomatoes, onion and parsley over drumsticks.
  6. Drizzle with oil.
  7. Season with salt and pepper
  8. Cover with ail-oil
  9. Place in oven at 220°C
  10. Cook until chicken looks white. Remove ail-foil and bake in oven until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
