- 1 tbsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Capers
- ½ cup Kalamata Olives
- ½ cup Chopped Parsley
- Grated Zest & Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1½ tbsp Oil
- 125g Fetta Cheese
- ¼ cup White Wine
- 750g Pork Fillet
- Cut pork into desired sizes.
- Put oil in pan and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Place all other ingredients except fetta cheese into a bowl and mix well.
- Pour over pork and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Top with fetta cheese and let that settle for another 2 – 3 minutes.
