Episode 97 - Vietnamese Rice Rolls


  • 15 Rice Paper Rolls
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken
  • 1 cup Coriander Leaves
  • 125g pkt Rice Noodle (Vermicelli)
  • 4 Spring Onions (cut into fine strips)
  • 1 Carrot (cut into fine strips)
  • ½ Cucumber (cut into fine strips)
  • 1 long Chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced (optional)
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce or Plum Sauce to Serve with


  1. Dip rice paper in warm water until soft.
  2. Place on a damp tea towel.
  3. Place all ingredients in the centre of the rice paper, fold to enclose.
  4. Place on platter with dipping sauce in separate bowl.
