- 15 Rice Paper Rolls
- 1 cup Cooked Chicken
- 1 cup Coriander Leaves
- 125g pkt Rice Noodle (Vermicelli)
- 4 Spring Onions (cut into fine strips)
- 1 Carrot (cut into fine strips)
- ½ Cucumber (cut into fine strips)
- 1 long Chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced (optional)
- Sweet Chilli Sauce or Plum Sauce to Serve with
- Dip rice paper in warm water until soft.
- Place on a damp tea towel.
- Place all ingredients in the centre of the rice paper, fold to enclose.
- Place on platter with dipping sauce in separate bowl.
