- 3 Brown Pears (peeled & sliced)
- Handful of Sultanas
- 1 Vanilla Pod (split & pulp removed)
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 1 tablespoon Cloves
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 100g Butter
- Selection of any Cheese & Crackers
- In a frypan, melt the butter with a tablespoon of oil to prevent the butter from burning.
- Add the pear, cook until softened then add brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves, sultanas and vanilla.
- Continue cooking until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with a selection of cheese and crackers.
