Episode 113 - Zucchini and Cream Fusilli


  • 2 Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tspn Chicken Stock (loose)
  • 300mL Cream
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 tspn Olive oil
  • 1kg Fusilli Pasta


  1. Chop up zucchini, onion and garlic and place into frypan to cook until softened, also add the loose chicken stock.
  2. Place cooked ingredients into a blender and blend into a pureed form, then add cream and parmesan and blend again.
  3. Once all blended place back into pot on stove until ready to serve.
