- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 tspn Chicken Stock (loose)
- 300mL Cream
- 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 tspn Olive oil
- 1kg Fusilli Pasta
- Chop up zucchini, onion and garlic and place into frypan to cook until softened, also add the loose chicken stock.
- Place cooked ingredients into a blender and blend into a pureed form, then add cream and parmesan and blend again.
- Once all blended place back into pot on stove until ready to serve.
