Ingredients:

- 375mL Warm Water
- 2 teaspoons Dried Yeast
- Pinch of Castor Sugar
- 600g Plain Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 60mL Olive Oil (plus extra for brushing)
- Pizza Dough
- 1 large jar Nutella
- 2 punnets of Strawberries
- Vanilla Icecream
- Can of Whipped Cream
Method:
Pizza Dough:
- Combine the water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl, then put aside for 5 minutes or until foamy.
- Combine the flour and salt in a large bowl and make a well in the centre, then add the yeast mixture and oil, then stir until the mixture is combined, using your hands, bring the dough together in the bowl.
- Brush a bowl lightly with oil then knead dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes or until smooth and elastic, then place in the prepared bowl and turn to coat in oil.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set aside in a warm, draught-free place to rise for 30 minutes or until dough doubles in size.
Pizza:
- Pre heat oven to 380°C.
- Slice fresh strawberries.
- Roll out pizza dough on floured surface into 30cm diameter, cut into round baby pizzas (8-10cm diameter).
- Coat baking tray with olive oil, place in hot oven until brown on top, take out check the bottom and flip if needed return to oven.
- Generously spread the nutella to hot pizza base, place strawberries on top with a scoop of icecream and cream if desired, then eat before it melts and enjoy a contrast of hot and cold.
